Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fastingkit website (https://Fastingkit.app) and the Fastingkit applications (iOS, Apple Watch companion features, widgets, Live Activities, and Android where available) (together, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Fastingkit is a fasting timer and habit product published under the Fastingkit / Infomania app identifiers (including iOS bundle com.infomania.fastingkit). Support is available at help@fastingkit.app.

2. Not medical advice

Fastingkit is a lifestyle and productivity tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fasting can be unsuitable or unsafe for some people (including if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have an eating disorder history, or have other medical conditions). Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a fasting regimen. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App Store / Google Play in your country and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. The Service

Fastingkit may include features such as:

  • Intermittent fasting timers, plans, stages, and schedules
  • Faith and tradition-oriented fasting programs (for example Ramadan, Ekadashi, Lent)
  • Water logging
  • Insights, streaks, and milestones
  • Widgets, Live Activities, notifications, and Apple Watch companion features
  • Optional iCloud sync, themes, and other Pro features

Features may change, move behind a paywall, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Accounts and your content

The app does not require a separate Fastingkit account. Data you enter (sessions, notes, logs, preferences) remains your responsibility. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload unlawful or harmful content in notes or imports.

6. Subscriptions, purchases, and ads

  • Paid features. Fastingkit Pro and related products (monthly, yearly, lifetime, or other offers) may be sold through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play and are subject to those stores’ terms and refund policies (Apple Media Services Terms; Google Play Terms of Service). Subscription status may also be validated via RevenueCat (privacy).
  • Billing. Payment is charged to your store account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as required by the store).
  • Restore. You can restore eligible purchases on a device signed into the same store account.
  • Rewarded ads. Some features may be unlocked temporarily by watching a rewarded advertisement. Ads are provided by third parties (for example Google Mobile Ads).
  • Refunds & billing. See our Refunds & Billing page for cancellation and refund steps (Apple and Google handle store refunds). Apple’s billing help: support.apple.com/billing. Google Play refunds: Google Play refund policies.

7. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), resell, or misuse the Service or our trademarks.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. By using the Service you also acknowledge that policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Stage labels, insights, weather-based times, and similar information are estimates or conveniences—not clinical guidance.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW).

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and cancelling subscriptions in your store account. We may suspend or stop providing the Service or features if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the publisher of Fastingkit is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
